Processing Time (Made to Order):
Most Reassembled NYC pieces are made to order. Standard production time is 1–1.5 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Ready-to-Ship Items:
Items marked as Ready to Ship will dispatch within 2–4 business days.
Rush Orders:
If you need an item by a specific date, a Rush Order Fee is required to prioritize production. Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically take 2–5 business days depending on the carrier. Delivery delays by USPS/UPS are outside of our control.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please ensure your email and shipping address are correct at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Reassembled NYC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact USPS/UPS directly to file a claim.
