Custom measurements, designs, and requests must be submitted clearly at checkout or via email after purchasing. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to delays.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an item is shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. Reassembled NYC is not responsible for delays or lost packages.
